Job summary

E-Commerce Coordinator Salary: $60,000–$66,000 CAD Join a globally recognized consumer products organization where you'll play a key role in shaping the online customer experience across multiple brands. What You'll Be Doing Manage website content, product launches, and ongoing site updates to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience. Optimize product listings, categories, landing pages, and merchandising to maximize customer engagement and sales. Analyze product performance, website analytics, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and digital marketing initiatives while monitoring performance and recommending enhancements. Collaborate with marketing, planning, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. Assist with SEO initiatives, website testing, and quality assurance across desktop and mobile platforms. Contribute new ideas that improve the user experience, increase conversions, and support business growth. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or website management within a consumer products environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written communication skills and experience maintaining accurate product information. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) and basic HTML is considered an asset. A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for creating exceptional online customer experiences. Ontario Pay Transparency Disclosure The expected hiring range for this position is $60,000–$66,000 CAD, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
