Job summary
What You’ll Do: You’ll support the Programmatic Team’s Account Managers and Director across all facets of a campaign , helping respond to briefs, setting up programmatic campaigns using a range of targeting criteria across DSPs and our proprietary platform, and reporting and analyzing live campaign performance. You will ensure strong attention to detail and high-quality, consistent work, independently monitor and pace campaigns, troubleshoot common issues, and optimize as needed. You’ll contribute to campaign reporting, performance analysis, product and pipeline tasks, and media supply optimization while helping manage clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and supporting accurate campaign reconciliation. What you'll bring: 1–2 years of experience, numerical literacy, and evidence of data-driven decision-making and analysis; strong knowledge of OOH industry and OOH media strategies preferred. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient use of spreadsheets and slides for data analysis and presentations. Demonstrable ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and solve problems with a proactive mindset. Excellent multitasking, strong presentation skills, flexible communication skills, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, work with a structured and methodical approach, collaborate as a strong team player, and communicate with confidence while explaining complex topics in simple terms. Requirements
Requires 1-2 years of experience with strong numerical literacy and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preference is given to candidates with knowledge of the OOH industry and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
