Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Part-Time Customer Service Representative Billyard Insurance Group (BIG), Georgetown, ON | In-Person Billyard Insurance Group is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Georgetown location. This position is ideal for candidates with a sales background who are looking to grow within the insurance industry. The Role As the first point of contact for existing clients, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, accessing carrier portals to process service requests, and contacting clients regarding policy renewals and additional coverage options. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Requirements Minimum 1 year of Canadian work experience Strong professional English communication skills (verbal and written) RIBO license strongly preferred Sales background or aptitude preferred Fluent in Hindi and/or Punjabi (alongside English) to service our client base Comfortable working with online portals and general office technology Reliable, organized, and client-focused Compensation & Schedule 20 hours/week guaranteed, across 4-5 days $18/hr In-person at our Georgetown, ON location We encourage qualified candidates to apply.
