Your Role: * Interpret technical drawings & specifications to determine insulation requirements and select the appropriate insulation materials for each project. * Coordinate task assignments to ensure insulation work is completed efficiently and aligns with project timelines. * Conduct inspections throughout the installation process to verify that all work meets Bilton’s quality standards. * Measure and cut insulation materials to precise dimensions using hand and power tools for optimal fit and coverage. * Enforce company policies and safety protocols to maintain compliance with industry standards and promote safe working habits. * Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and cladding. * Collaborate with the pipefitting team to integrate insulation with other structural components. * Fit insulation around obstructions and within confined spaces, shaping materials as needed for proper installation. * Install vapor barriers and protective finishes, such as metal cladding, canvas, or plastic sheeting, to enhance durability and insulation effectiveness. * Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman. What You Bring: ✔ Journeyman Insulator Certification or 3rd/4th-year apprentice with industry experience. ✔ Registered with the Alberta Apprenticeship Board. ✔ 2+ years of industrial insulation experience preferred. ✔ Proficiency in a range of insulation techniques and materials. ✔ Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail. Requirements

Applicants must hold a Journeyman Insulator Certification or be a 3rd/4th-year apprentice registered with the Alberta Apprenticeship Board. At least 2 years of industrial insulation experience is preferred along with strong mechanical aptitude.
