For more information visit www.binsentry.com The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of BinSentry's field operations across North America. This role coordinates field service activities, technician scheduling, customer support requests, preventative maintenance, inventory readiness, and operational reporting while partnering closely with the Field Operations Managers, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales. The Coordinator ensures field work is organized, customer requests are addressed efficiently, and operational activities are executed safely and consistently. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Field Operations organization, supporting field teams, coordinating operational activities, maintaining fleet health, and contributing to continuous operational improvement. Key Responsibilities Field Operations Coordination Coordinate daily field operations activities across multiple customer sites Schedule field technicians, service visits, preventative maintenance, and operational support activities Coordinate travel logistics, work assignments, and field priorities Track work orders and ensure field activities are completed on schedule Escalate operational risks and customer issues to the appropriate Field Operations Manager Maintain accurate service records, field documentation, and operational reporting Fleet Monitoring & Logistics Support Monitor deployed device health using operational dashboards and monitoring tools Identify devices requiring maintenance, troubleshooting, or replacement Coordinate field repairs, preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and hardware replacements Verify service activities are completed according to BinSentry operating standards Support inventory coordination for replacement equipment, spare parts, and field supplies Customer & Technician Support Coordinate customer communications related to scheduled field activities Support Customer Success by managing service requests and customer follow-up activities Prepare technicians with work orders, site information, and required equipment before deployments and service visits Help ensure customers receive timely, professional support throughout every field interaction Qualifications 2 - 4 years of experience in operations coordination, field operations, logistics, technical support, customer operations, project coordination, or a related field Experience supporting hardware, IoT, industrial automation, or agricultural technology is considered an asset Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational records Comfortable using spreadsheets, operational dashboards, CRM systems, and field management software Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams What We Offer Opportunities for professional growth and career development A collaborative, innovative hybrid work environment Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 Other benefits & perks We use artificial intelligence tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as screening or assessing applications.
