Develop and coordinate process and cleaning validation activities, review manufacturing and laboratory records, and assess quality control results for compliance with cGMP, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. Investigate deviations and non-conformances, implement CAPAs, report validation findings, support audits and SOP improvements, and maintain the Master Validation Plan and quality documentation.

Review manufacturing batch records and laboratory documentation to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements, and maintain quality records and procedures. Investigate quality incidents, implement corrective and preventive actions, support process and cleaning validations, and contribute to continuous improvement of the quality system.

The QA Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance team, managing daily testing and production data, and ensuring compliance with GMP/cGMP and regulatory standards. They will also lead internal and external audits, mentor staff, and maintain the company's Quality Management Systems.
