Your Mission: * Designing, obtaining quotes for, and ensuring adequate completion of small construction * projects at pharmacies and clinics. * Visiting facilities and improving style and function for staff and patients to meet core company values. * Collaborate with Facility Manager to maintain and fulfill service ticket requests, ensuring rapid response times, proper allocation of resources, and minimal disruptions to daily operations. * Researching and sourcing new pharmacy or clinic sites for cost, function, location and design requirements. * Prepare reports and presentations on facility operations, project status, and risk assessments. * Manage multiple concurrent projects related to facility improvements, space utilization, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget and alignment with organizational goals. What You Bring to the Table: Education: * Post-secondary education or equivalent experience Experience: * 3-5 years’ experience in construction, interior design, facilities management, project management, or a combination * Experience in managing or working within budgets * Experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or Lean Principles (5S) considered an asset. Skills: * Ability to travel within Canada * Valid Driver’s License * English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. * Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
