Job Summary: Operating from Fort McKay, this position involves the safe operation of a high-pressure truck for various industrial-related projects throughout the Fort McMurray region. Operators should be mechanically inclined and physically fit to work in all kinds of weather. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the operation of high-pressure steam trucks. Duties and Responsibilities: Operation of a High-Pressure Truck for various work. Completion of daily documentation including but not limited to paper or electronic logbooks, customer work orders, field level risk assessment, pre/post trip inspections Follow instructions for tasks assigned by Dispatch or Supervisor Complete daily housekeeping of the assigned truck to ensure maintenance of the company image Attend daily toolbox and safety meetings as scheduled and adhere to corporate and site safety regulations and procedures. Qualifications: Operators must possess a valid Class 3 with Q endorsement driver’s license with a relatively clean driver’s abstract. With manual experience. Labourers must have a minimum Class 5 (Q endorsement would be an asset). Experience operating high pressure truck. Clear verbal and written communication skills. WHMIS, OSSA (or OSSA BSO or CSO), and CSTS certification. Must successfully pass BME driver’s evaluation, D&,A and fit for duty pre-employment screening.
