Cross-Border Long-Haul Owner-Operator

$3000 Sign on Bonus. Earn up to $17.6K/month. Get paid on time. This position requires you to be on the road 7-10 days at a time, averaging 10K-12K miles/month. * Running open-board, Canada/U.S. long-haul * Freight and Destinations will vary based on operational requirements * Required to drive in B.C. including Highway 1 and Highway 3, 12 months a year * Must be available for dispatch 24 days a month. * Flexible schedules requiring weekend departures * Regional freight will be required * Must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol Candidate Profile: * Owner-Operator with 24 months tractor-trailer experience * Tractor must be equipped with a DEF system * Must be U.S. qualified * Must have a minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience * Must have a minimum of 6 months B.C. mountain driving experience * Must be able to work weekends * Must have a valid Class 1/AZ License * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more, Driver assist is required on occasion * Reliable, flexible, and punctual * Strong communication skills * Values safety Are you registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse? Must be an Owner-Operator with a Class 1/AZ license and at least 24 months of tractor-trailer experience, including 6 months of US and BC mountain driving. Requires a DEF-equipped tractor and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
