We operate with a small lean team and are entering a period of growth. We are looking for a new team member that has is ready to grow with us. Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Lead to handle general warehouse operations. In this critical role, you will perform daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient order processing, maintaining top-tier fulfillment standards. Duties Perform all warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving pallets. Print shipping labels, invoices, packing slips for Canadian and U.S. shipments. Fill jars with ingredients in the correct sequence and according to established recipes and quantities. Prepare, label, case-pack, and organize Vesper Cocktails and Vesper Bites products. Perform final quality-control checks to ensure products, packaging, labels, and shipments meet company standards and are visually ready for retail shelves. Maintain accurate inventory counts for finished goods, ingredients, packaging materials, and shipping supplies and report them to management. Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure products and materials are stored correctly. Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the day and at the end of each shift. Experience Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of personal accountability. Highly organized and comfortable managing several priorities at once. Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or product quality. Comfortable performing repetitive production and fulfillment tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make practical decisions independently. Able to work under pressure and meet tight shipping deadlines. Consistent, dependable, and hardworking. Someone who notices inefficiencies and actively looks for better ways to organize and complete work. Comfortable taking ownership of the warehouse and ensuring tasks are completed. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate pallet jacks. Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping experience preferred. Experience working in an e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, food, or retail-product environment is an asset. Experience with product labelling, packing, shipping is an asset. Ability to stand for several hours at a time. Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
