What you'll do Build and manage the full KOC program end-to-end — including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, incentive design and ongoing optimization Track and analyze community and KOC metrics, producing regular reports to drive data-informed decisions Oversee official Telegram communities with MOD support, ensuring healthy and engaging community environments through lightweight operations Collaborate wit PMM teams on campaigns and local market initiatives What you'll need 3+ years of experience in community operations, or KOC/KOL management； Fluent in English, proficiency in multiple languages (Chinese, Spanish, French, Swahili, Bahasa, Portuguese, etc.) Data-driven mindset — comfortable tracking metrics, analyzing performance and producing reports Familiar with the stablecoin ecosystem and on-chain transactions Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have： Background in crypto / Web3 / fintech / PayFi Hands-on localization experience in LatAm, Southeast Asia, or Africa Existing local network or community presence in any of the target markets Remarks We are looking for a Community & KOC Manager to join our growth marketing team. You will be responsible for managing our global community channels and building our KOC network, with a focus on key PayFi markets including Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Requirements

Requires 3+ years of experience in community operations or KOC/KOL management with fluency in English and preferably other languages. Candidates must be data-driven and familiar with the stablecoin ecosystem and on-chain transactions.
