Contract: September 22, 2026 – March 31, 2027 Openings: 2 About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Developer – CRM with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case/Customer Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, customizing, integrating, testing, and supporting complex CRM applications within an Agile delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Develop and maintain Case/Customer Management applications, workflows, business rules, forms, views, entities, and fields. Translate business and technical requirements into working, tested CRM applications. Develop and execute unit tests, troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve technical issues. Work with Dataverse/CDS, Data Entities, APIs, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, and SharePoint Online. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications and systems. Support integrations involving middleware, gateways, GIS technologies, and APIs. Develop and maintain JavaScript-based customizations and solutions. Implement CRM security, user profiles, access controls, auditing, and related security measures. Support CI/CD processes, Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines, and CRM deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments. Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, technical walkthroughs, PoCs, defect resolution, and production support. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, QA, business stakeholders, and other IT professionals throughout the SDLC. Prepare technical documentation, deployment packages, release documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials. Provide post-implementation support and assist with performance tuning and troubleshooting. Work within Agile methodologies and meet project milestones and delivery timelines. Must-Have Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically Case/Customer Management design, development, configuration, customization, and implementation. 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Cloud, including Dataverse/CDS, workflows, dynamic forms, Data Entities, and APIs. 5+ years of experience with Power Automate. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps/Power Pages and integration with Dynamics. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and integration with Dynamics. 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in large enterprise environments. 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 security, including user profiles, auditing, and access controls. Strong experience with JavaScript and CRM application development. Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and/or GIS technologies. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience with Power BI dashboard development and Dynamics integration. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Esri ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online. Experience with middleware and gateways. Knowledge of AODA and accessibility standards. Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments. Experience conducting technical design walkthroughs and knowledge-transfer sessions.
