Responsabilités Agir à titre de conseiller.ère juridique dédié.e pour un client international majeur présent partout dans le monde. Participer à des dossiers de brevets complexes. Rédaction de contrats commerciaux. Participation à des vérifications diligentes. Traiter des dossiers touchant le droit du travail, le droit des affaires et d’autres domaines selon les besoins. Exigences De 5 à 8 ans d’expérience après l’admission au Barreau. Être membre en règle d’un Barreau canadien (Québec ou Ontario). Bilinguisme français-anglais requis.
