PARALEGAL/LAW CLERK (REAL ESTATE) OUR CLIENT A full-service firm located in Toronto and the U.S. RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting lawyers with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, purchases, sales, financings, refinancings and related closing documentation. Preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating registrations, and managing all aspects of transaction closings. Managing multiple transactions and competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS Law Clerk diploma from an accredited college or completion of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Certification. At least three (3) years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk in a law firm.
