Lead daily field operations for natural resource and outdoor recreation construction projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, schedules, and site logistics. Enforce safety and quality requirements, maintain project documentation, coordinate with clients and partners, and deliver work safely and on schedule.

Build and maintain sustainable trails and outdoor infrastructure, including drainage systems, bridges, boardwalks, stonework, and erosion-control features. Operate tools and equipment safely, move materials using rigging systems, document site concerns, and support crew training and compliance with safety standards.
