As a people-driven technology company, with a mission to make sure every worker returns home safely, we drive innovation, practice resiliency, demonstrate leadership, go the extra mile for our customers, and empower our people to be their best. Blackline Safety is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead how we bring our products and services to market. You'll own positioning and messaging across our full portfolio, drive go-to-market execution for launches and updates, and make sure Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing are pulling in the same direction. You'll strengthen sales and channel enablement, sharpen our competitive story, and help turn what we build into a narrative our buyers — and our own teams — can tell with confidence. This is a senior, high-visibility role on a small, high-performing marketing team. You'll operate with real autonomy, partner directly with our VP, Marketing, and have the opportunity to help shape and strengthen the product marketing function as we grow. Responsibilities: Define and own product and solution positioning and messaging across our portfolio, building assets that empower Sales and resonate with our target buyers Lead go-to-market execution for product launches and major updates, ensuring cross-functional alignment and a consistent, compelling narrative from announcement through adoption Own market intelligence and win/loss insight, sharpening our messaging and sales positioning against the field Drive sales enablement adoption — battlecards, training, tools — and partner with Sales and Client Success to strengthen the story around retention, upsell, and expansion, working closely with our marketing function on the shared goal of growing revenue from existing accounts Support our website and digital experience with clear product and solution narratives, and partner with our Demand Generation team to translate ICPs, personas, and go-to-market priorities into scalable campaign briefs and messaging Identify market trends and themes, and shape messaging that tells our innovation story and positions us as a category leader Provide leadership across product marketing, helping strengthen how we work, raise the quality of our output, and build capability across the team Manage resourcing, and timelines for launches and major campaigns, keeping delivery on track and on budget About You: 8-10+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful experience in product marketing specifically, including time in a senior or lead capacity — owning launches end-to-end, not just supporting them A demonstrated track record in go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning, with experience in cross-functional launch planning Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping execution on time and on budget Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills A collaborative, cross-functional working style, with the ability to build trust with Sales, Product, Demand Generation, and Brand Comfort translating technical or complex product detail into a clear, market-facing narrative Familiarity with HubSpot and Monday.com is an asset Total Rewards At Blackline Safety, we offer more than just a job—we offer a career with purpose.
