Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is seeking an Associate with two to five years of intellectual property (IP) experience to join our top-ranked practice group in the Toronto office. The ideal candidate would have an interest in corporate and commercial transactions and have written at least one of the patent agent exams. Blakes intellectual property (IP) lawyers and agents work closely with our clients, advising on all aspects of commercializing, prosecuting and enforcing IP rights. Across industry sectors, businesses generate and acquire valuable IP that requires protection.
