We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, fixing equipment, and finding ways to improve how things work. Whether you're a ticketed tradesperson or an experienced maintenance professional with the right mechanical aptitude, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Every day brings something different. You'll help keep our production equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently by: Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues. Supporting equipment installations, upgrades, shutdowns, and continuous improvement projects. Using our maintenance software to manage work orders, track repairs, and help maintain spare parts inventory. Working alongside production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Maintaining a safe workplace by following PPE, Lockout/Tagout, forklift, rigging, and WorkSafeBC requirements. Who You Are You might be a Red Seal Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Electrician, or someone with extensive industrial maintenance experience. What matters most is that you're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving equipment, and taking ownership of your work. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems. Experience maintaining CNC manufacturing equipment; Trumpf lasers, punches, or press brakes are considered a strong asset. Experience developing preventative maintenance programs or improving equipment reliability is highly valued. Experience with CMMS software (or the willingness to learn). Welding, fabrication, automation, robotics, or PLC experience are all valuable assets. A proactive mindset - you don't just fix problems, you look for ways to prevent them. Bonus Qualifications Trade certification as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Electrician is an asset—but not required. If you have the skills, work ethic, and mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply even if you don't hold a trade ticket. While trade certification as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Electrician is preferred, it is not strictly required if the candidate possesses the necessary mechanical aptitude.
