SEASONAL-FULL TIME WAGE- $18.09 HR Plus Gratuity 4 To 5 Shifts Per Week- Weekends Required WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to prepare and serve a variety of beverages to bar patrons and to provide beverage service from the service bar to bar servers and dining room servers. Performs all opening and closing procedures for the bar, including necessary preparation and cleanup tasks, to ensure seamless operations between shifts. Processes guest orders accurately and efficiently using the designated point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintains accurate cash-out deposits through diligent monitoring of cash exchanges, reconciliation of debit and credit transactions, and thorough review of end-of-shift reporting. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of beverage and menu offerings and promotional features to assist guests with selections and enhance their overall experience. Monitors inventory levels, maintains par stocks, submits replenishment orders, and ensures the bar is consistently stocked to meet operational and guest service demands. Ensures compliance with liquor licensing regulations by consistently checking valid identification for guests who appear under the age of 25. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, prepares cocktails and draft beer to established standards, and engages guests through effective product recommendations and suggestive selling. Requirements

A valid Smart Serve certification, weekend availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to work as a team player are required. The position is seasonal, full-time, and requires four to five shifts per week.
