As a Ski Technician, Ski Butler Rental Delivery, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service both on and off the slopes. From preparing and delivering rental equipment to supporting guests throughout their stay, you'll help ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless mountain experience. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working as part of a fun and energetic team, and spending time in a dynamic mountain environment. Deliver rental equipment directly to guest accommodations and designated locations across the resort. Assist guests with rental equipment setup, fitting, and basic equipment support. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience. Transport, organize, and maintain ski and snowboard equipment to ensure operational readiness. Support daily rental and valet operations while helping maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Communicate with guests and team members to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service requests. Ensure equipment is prepared, maintained, and presented to Blue Mountain standards. Contribute to a positive team culture focused on safety, collaboration, and exceptional guest experiences. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to build technical knowledge and service excellence. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
