You drag bookings, availability, arrivals and departures across a shared timeline. You move a quote to a signed contract on screen or by link, keep vehicles, classes, non-revenue units and lost-and-found in one system of record, and hold a unit out of service for repair without breaking its rental record. You capture photo evidence at check-out and check-in, then build the damage claim from it. You set rates, deposits and taxes by season, class and location, take tokenized card payments that post against the rental record, and open any number in a report to read the records underneath it. Our AI voice agent catches the calls your counter misses and writes them in as bookings. AI Inspection reads damage from photos, telematics gives you live location and odometer, and a branded booking site takes reservations outside counter hours. We integrate with ValPay, Zubie, HeyCarla, Self Inspection, QuickBooks and Xero.
