We’re actively preparing for BUILDEX Vancouver 2026, and a major moment is approaching for BlueShell Development Group Inc. This year, we’ll be showcasing our integrated design-build approach, with a strong focus on Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) as a structural system, not a material substitute, and how precision, BIM-led coordination, and single-point accountability change outcomes. More details will be shared soon, but we’re excited to contribute to an important industry conversation around predictable delivery, controlled risk, and scalable urban development.
