Maintenance Technician (rotating shift) What you can look forward to in this role: Maintaining and repairing production equipment to maximise technical availability. Supporting a world-class manufacturing environment through planned and reactive maintenance. Diagnosing faults, driving continuous improvement and working with advanced automation technologies. Collaborating with production teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality operations. What you need to bring: A recognised engineering apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Experience within a manufacturing or maintenance environment. Strong fault-finding, analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset, effective communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
