Experience building, shipping, or maintaining real software applications. The ability to work through ambiguous problems, ask the right questions, and independently determine an approach. Strong analytical thinking and an interest in understanding the business impact of technical decisions. A proactive, hands-on mindset with a bias toward execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical background.
