Handle resident maintenance requests and on-call emergencies, and maintain, renovate, and touch up vacant suites and common areas. Conduct preventive maintenance and turnover inspections, coordinate contractors, complete required tablet-based administration, and assist with snow removal as needed.

Community Residential Manager

Manage the residential site and provide service to current and prospective residents, including leasing suites, collecting rent, conducting inspections, and responding to rental enquiries. Coordinate site associates and contractors, maintain inventory and site conditions, and complete required administrative and operational tasks.
