What are your contributions to the team? Provide technical support on Global/Challenger structural topics to internal and external customers. Issue and manage engineering change requests for in‑service issues, working collaboratively with Engineering and the Program Office throughout the review and approval process. Monitor fleet performance to identify reliability and technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate cross-functional activities in response to fleet operators’ technical inquiries. Prepare and deliver technical presentations related to assigned responsibilities and findings. Write technical publications, including articles and Advisory Wires, to inform and support the operator community. How to thrive in this role? You have at least five (5) years of experience in the aviation industry. You hold a college diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or a university degree in Mechanical Engineering. You have sound knowledge of aircraft structures; experience with Global and/or Challenger aircraft is considered an asset. You are proficient with computers and familiar with MS Office applications. You are a strong team player, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers, and demonstrate a positive, proactive, results‑oriented attitude. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. You are willing to maintain 24/7 phone availability and travel occasionally on short notice.
