Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices. Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience. Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline. Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement). Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image. Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency. How to thrive in this role? You hold a College or a Bachelor degree. You have between 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment. You are bilingual in French and English. You have experience in the aerospace, manufacturing industry and/or unionized environment. (considered an asset). You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills. You have the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. You have knowledge of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Requires a College or Bachelor degree with 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience and bilingualism in French and English. Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or unionized environments is considered an asset.
