Lead strategic initiatives pertaining to facility selection build, and engineer aspects of factory design Manage and support strategic projects, prepare business cases and monitor project financials/budgets/status Utilize inputs such as cost competitiveness, machine loading, efficiency, capacity, process capabilities and cost based to decide on component sourcing based on the technical data Facility and Bay level infrastructure optimization Coordinate project manufacturing schedule for 1st article based on various inputs How to thrive in this role? Undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline. >3 years of experience preferably in a strategy environment within a manufacturing firm/consultancy. Experience in the aerospace industry would be an asset. Ability to translate complex business problems into practical models. Strategic mind with analytical and synthesizing skills. Highly motivated person who will see this position as a great opportunity to develop skills and contribute in high impact initiatives. Able to multi-task under a highly demanding & continuously changing environment. Creativity in problem solving. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint). Ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters. Ability to work independently with little guidance. Experience with CAD/CATIA an asset Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $64,300.00 to CAD $119,500.00 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Requirements

Requires an undergraduate degree in an analytical discipline and over 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or consultancy strategy environment. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CAD/CATIA experience considered an asset.
