We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit. **Your boarding pass will include…** Several conferences, including: - Meet An Executive - Women Taking Flight Learning more about Bombardier, including: - Bombardier Products conference - Visits of the Bombardier sites - Bombardier Academy of Learning Many social/networking opportunities, including: - Volunteering - Networking for Success - 5 à 7, Potluck, and much more! ### **What are your contributions to the team?** - Liaise with organizational learning business partners to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet required deadlines. - Create training schedules, confirm duration, book class rooms and optimize capacity. - Handle data entry to assign skills and certifications to employees who have completed training. - Update the Learning Management System (LMS). - Support special projects such as process improvement, the French language program, the new LMS implementation (e.g., Power BI integration), and ad hoc requests. - Update Excel file databases. - Tasks may evolve based on the intern’s learning curve. ### **How to thrive in this role?** - You are currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Human Resources. - If you are in a Bachelor's program, you have completed a minimum of two study terms in this program. - You have strong communication skills in both spoken and written French and English. - You have good organizational and planning skills. - You possess solid computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an asset). - You demonstrate good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team. **Boarding Information:** - Location: Dorval Plant 3 - Duration: 8 months - Flexible workplace-Hybrid *It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.*
