Work on the day shift from Monday to Friday. Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees. Be responsible for the operational processes of your sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives. Plan the daily operations of his sector and follow up on them. Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc. Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain communication with other departments for any issue related to his sector. Ensure continuous improvement through the use of operational excellence concepts and the problem solving process. Ensure the training of its employees, evaluate their performance and their progress. Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication. How to thrive in this role? You have a college or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management or a related field. You have at least five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment. You have strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved. You demonstrate managerial courage when managing personnel. You are available, flexible and motivated by a stimulating and changing environment. Requirements

Requires a college or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, or operations management with at least five years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing setting. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and be bilingual.
