Job summary

The Methods Agent will troubleshoot mechanical systems, write functional test procedures, and support daily production operations. They are responsible for investigating technical issues and providing solutions for aircraft from preflight through to customer delivery.

What are your contributions to the team? Participate actively in solving problems related to mechanical systems (troubleshooting). Write functional test procedures for various mechanical systems and identify the tools required to execute. Review and incorporation of engineering requirements. Plan and implement changes in production. Support and optimize daily production operations. You will also have to investigate the technical issues and find solutions for the aircraft from preflight until delivery to the customer. You will answer the technical questions of Methods, Quality and Production departments. How to thrive in this role? You have a college degree in aircraft maintenance with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in aviation. Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems is essential. You must have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative and a good technical judgment. You must be able to work under minimum supervision. Bilingualism (French & English) and strong organizational and communication skills are also essential. You have a strong customer focus. Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, Quicksilver is an asset. Knowledge of Challenger products is an important asset.
