As a Leader, Cabinetry Operations for the Global 7500 at Bombardier, reporting to the Director of Operations, you are responsible for managing unionized employees. Your role requires you to act as a coach and communicator. Establish and monitor the achievement of production objectives by planning, organizing, motivating, and coordinating the activities of a team assigned to the cutting room, assembly, and/or final integration. Manage your team’s budgets, ensure product quality and employee productivity (20 to 30 employees). Identify, document, and standardize key processes that lead to achieving objectives, and share best practices across the organization. Ensure continuous improvement, particularly through the use of problem-solving processes. Demonstrate leadership in alignment with Bombardier Aviation’s vision and values. Coach your team to develop talent within the organization. How to thrive in this role? You have strong management skills and ideally possess extensive experience in the aerospace industry. You have a college-level education or equivalent experience. Your values and vision align with the company’s philosophy. You are proficient in both French and English.
