By joining the Organizational Learning team, you will act as an advisor on production training needs. You will work closely with strategic partners to develop and deliver learning solutions that support the achievement of manufacturing plan objectives. What are your contributions to the team? Assisting in the development and updating of technical training content and hands-on learning activities; Preparing training classes and learning environments required for training delivery; Delivering training sessions; Participating in the development of training and onboarding plans for structure assemblers; Supporting the integration of new employees; Contributing to knowledge transfer plans and workforce cross-training optimization initiatives; Acting as a subject matter expert and providing the technical expertise required to resolve complex operational issues; Leading coaching sessions and providing feedback to learners; Identifying and capturing continuous improvement opportunities; Promoting continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence. How to thrive in this role? You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace structures assembly; You have experience in learning and development, adult education, project management, or coaching; You have excellent interpersonal skills; You have a strong ability to influence others; You have a strong team-oriented mindset; You are adaptable and have a high tolerance for change; You have strong organizational and planning skills; You are proficient with computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite; You are bilingual in French and English (an asset).
