The Role As part of our Eye Care Professionals Recruitment team, you’ll go beyond filling roles — you’ll build authentic relationships, uncover exceptional talent, and enhance every aspect of the recruitment experience. What You’ll Do * Source and Engage: Identify and build relationships with leading Optometrists and Opticians across Canada. * Build Pipelines: Maintain strong internal and external networks to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. * Drive Strategy: Partner on creative recruitment campaigns that reflect our brand and values. * Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding for a seamless candidate experience. * Leverage Technology: Use tools like Power BI, Phenom (CRM), and UKG (ATS) to recruit smarter. * Be a Partner: Advise hiring managers through every stage of recruitment. What You Bring * 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth or agency settings. * Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive talent. * Excellent written and verbal communication (French an asset). * Strong organizational and administrative skills. * Tech fluency across Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ATS platforms. * Adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement.
