Key Responsibilities: Lead the team in delivering "Positively Outrageously Customer Service". Train, coach and support team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Welcome and connect with every customer. Coach team members to discover customer needs and guide customers to selection. Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer. Ensure quality beverages and food items are provided consistently for all customers. Ensure Smoothies, food and other beverages are prepared to Booster Juice standards. Enforce health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Oversee day-to-day store operations and uphold quality standards. Ensure store policy and procedures for operational flow are followed at each station. Uphold standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products. Delegate and oversee cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards. Present oneself professionally, lead by example and demonstrate clear communication skills. Drive store profitability. Ensure cash handling procedures and cash register policies are followed. Manage inventory stocking and recording in accordance with guidelines. Lead the team in achieving store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
