As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Waterproofing Site Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of waterproofing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the waterproofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Monitor project progress in collaboration with fellow Site Supervisors and field staff; identify and address inefficiencies Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Review project drawings, specifications, and scope with site teams Coordinate effectively with clients and General Contractors Oversee material ordering, delivery, and site organization Maintain accurate weekly timesheet records Coordinate equipment logistics and site deliveries Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple job sites Provide on-site mentorship, guidance, and training to crew members to support skill development and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety What You Bring to the Team Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders Strong judgment and integrity in decision-making Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation Strong organizational and time management skills Working knowledge of construction and roofing materials Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications DCS/DEC or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Role Snapshot Location: 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5 Type: Full-Time, Onsite Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. + Occasional weekend work based on operational needs Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience) Reports To: Production Manager - Waterproofing & Restoration Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday Vacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy Number of Positions: 1 Why Join Bothwell-Accurate?
