Role Description The Warehouse Laborer is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This position is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, unloading materials, and organizing inventory. The role involves packing and preparing orders for distribution, using equipment such as pallet jacks and, where certified, forklifts to move products safely and efficiently. The Warehouse Laborer will maintain a clean and orderly work environment, follow safety procedures, and assist with basic inventory control and documentation. Collaboration with other warehouse team members and supervisors is required to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and high service standards. Qualifications Experience with Shipping & Receiving, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing orders. Skills in Packing and Unloading products while maintaining product quality and safety standards. Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse organization. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50lbs safely and repeatedly throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and reliability in following procedures and safety guidelines. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; experience in packaging or manufacturing environments is an asset. Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
