Gear Technician – CNC Gear Grinding

Set up and operate CNC gear-grinding equipment to manufacture critical components to exceptionally tight tolerances. Monitor machine performance and use onboard measuring systems to ensure parts meet precise dimensional and profile specifications.

CNC Machinist/Programmer

On-site · Delta

The Machinist is responsible for programming and operating multi-axis mill-turn machining centres, CNC lathes, and mills. Key duties include interpreting engineering drawings and verifying product dimensions using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.

Manual Machinist

Set up and operate conventional machine tools to manufacture, repair, and re-machine precision industrial components like gears and shafts. Interpret engineering drawings to plan machining sequences and verify finished-part accuracy using precision measuring instruments.

Shipper/Receiver – Precision Manufacturing

Manage the accurate flow of raw materials and finished precision components through receiving, inspecting, and shipping processes. Perform deburring of manufactured parts to remove sharp edges and ensure they meet quality standards.

General Shop Labourer – Precision Manufacturing
