Purpose of the role Within the Information Technology department, the Artificial Intelligence Specialist actively contributes to the design, implementation, adoption and evolution of AI solutions at la Vie en Rose. They play a key role in executing AI initiatives, in collaboration with business units, IT team members and external partners, in order to deliver high-performing, secure solutions aligned with operational needs. The AI Specialist also ensures continuous technology monitoring and supports the adoption and improvement of AI tools within the organization. Key responsibilities Be responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of AI solutions aligned with the company’s technology roadmap; Collaborate with business units to understand needs, propose suitable AI solutions and contribute to their concrete implementation; Conduct analyses, prototypes, proofs of concept and AI experiments to validate the relevance of proposed solutions; Assess, compare and recommend AI tools, platforms and technologies while considering risks, costs and operational impacts; Monitor and support the use of AI solutions to ensure their performance, compliance and evolution; Deploy and maintain usage controls for AI solutions, in collaboration with the relevant teams; Guide and support internal teams in the adoption and effective use of AI tools; Ensure continuous technology monitoring to keep knowledge up to date and propose relevant improvements or innovations; Ensure that AI technologies comply with la Vie en Rose’s standards and procedures regarding confidentiality, ethics, cybersecurity and data protection. Your profile Expertise in AI and emerging technologies: You are proficient in the main generative AI and automation tools (MS Copilot, MS Power Platform, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and know how to integrate them concretely into a business environment. Strategic vision and business acumen: You assess AI solutions based on their business value, benefits, risks and innovation potential. Governance and best practices: You help define guidelines, policies and standards related to the responsible and secure use of AI, while promoting their adoption within the organization. Ability to simplify and support adoption: You know how to make AI-related concepts simple and accessible, and you support teams in adopting new technologies and ways of working. Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach: Organized and autonomous, you analyze needs, identify suitable solutions and turn technological challenges into concrete improvement opportunities. Curiosity and innovation: Passionate about technology, you stay informed about advances in AI and consider their potential to enhance the customer experience, operations and retail. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, information systems or another related field; Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Artificial Intelligence Specialist or in any related field; Hands-on experience in implementation, maintenance and support; Experience and interest in the retail sector; French and English, spoken and written (the person will be required to work with external suppliers).
