Serve as the HR advisor for multiple campuses, coaching managers and handling employee relations, investigations, recruitment, accommodation cases, employment changes, and compliance with applicable legislation. Maintain accurate HR records, use workforce data to recommend improvements, support health and safety activities, supervise HR administration, and build managers’ capability through training.
