The group is developing and commercialising innovative products across technology and robotics, alongside strategic investments within the technology sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team at an early stage and play a central role in building the organisation through its first phase of growth. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects—from web design and investor presentations to trade show graphics and marketing collateral—within a collaborative, high-performing team. Production Graphic Designer Keep projects moving by producing polished, on-brand creative assets efficiently and accurately. What You’ll Do Create and evolve branding for two product lines. Collaborate with marketing, product and leadership teams to deliver engaging visual communications. Design presentations, sales collateral and trade show graphics. Develop investor-facing presentation materials that are clear, credible and compliant with Investor Relations guidelines. Design digital experiences, including website layouts and user interfaces for handover to our offshore development team. What You’ll Bring A strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design thinking, creativity and high-quality execution. Experience designing for B2B, industrial, manufacturing or technology brands is a strong advantage. Strong web design skills, with the ability to translate creative direction into clear, detailed specifications for developers. Excellent organisational and file-management skills, with a disciplined approach to production and handoff. The ability to work quickly and accurately, managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality. A sharp eye for detail and a consistent approach to maintaining brand standards across every deliverable. A systems-minded approach to design, with an understanding of how individual assets work together within a broader brand identity. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing creative thinking with efficient production. Compensation Base salary: CAD $48,000 – $60,000 No cash bonus; stock option grant Fully Office Based in Toronto
