Job Summary Please note: to be considered for this position, applicants should currently be residing in Canada and be legally entitled to work here. Only registered 313A HVAC apprentices with at least a G2 gas license will be considered. We’re hiring an HVAC apprentice to join our high-rise service team and grow into a skilled technician. If you have three or more years of hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to complete your certification, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians who will mentor you toward your 313A — with steady, year-round work and a company that invests in its people. Why Work with Us Competitive compensation Company vehicle provided Comprehensive benefits package: extended health, dental, vision, and life insurance Company pension RRSP matching Generous paid time off Monday to Friday schedule Hands-on mentorship from experienced technicians as you work toward your 313A What You’ll Be Doing — Duties & Responsibilities Assist experienced technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC and heating equipment in residential and commercial buildings across the GTA Perform planned and preventative maintenance and respond to tenant and building service calls under the guidance of a senior technician Carry out gas-related work within the scope of your G2 licence and in accordance with applicable TSSA codes and regulations Complete work orders, service reports, and job documentation accurately and on time Learn to coordinate professionally with property managers, building superintendents, and condominium boards Keep your tools, materials, and company vehicle organized and ready for the job Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow all applicable health, safety, and building codes Work toward completing your apprenticeship hours and 313A certification What You’ll Bring to the Team — Qualifications & Requirements Registered 313A HVAC apprentice with at least a G2 gas licence A minimum of 3 years of experience in the service and condominium / high-rise sector Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of HVAC systems Strong administrative skills: creating work orders, adding materials, communicating action plans to management, and documenting completed work The highest attention to detail and thoroughness A valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with a clean or satisfactory driving record Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices Pride in your work and a commitment to doing the job right!
