Territory: Mississauga, Brampton, and Oakville Contract: Start Date: Nov 9th - End Date: April 9th Status: Open Position We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual to fill the role of part-time Merchandiser (40 hours/5 days per week) for the territory of Mississauga, Brampton, and Oakville Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc, is recognized as a leader in the market for premium quality chocolate, offering a large selection of products in more than 100 countries around the world. Key Responsibilities: As a member of our Team, the successful candidate will be supporting the Sales team, and merchandising ongoing sales plans in addition to the flawless execution of Key Account Initiatives (KAI), including marketing and sales promotions at the store level. The candidate will be calling on Drug, Grocery, Mass, and Department retail outlets. Starting Rate: $21.55/HR Qualifications: Sales and merchandising experience in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry preferred Experience with Companion Rep preferred Proficient in Word and Excel A self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills, both oral and written Prefer the opportunity to work in a contract, part-time position Reside in the proximity of the designated territory A valid driver's license, exclusive access to a vehicle, and the ability to lift 50 pounds Access to a personal smartphone/ tablet to complete appropriate reporting Capable of repetitive activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, walking, squatting, and lifting continuously Requirements: Access to a vehicle- MANDATORY Having knowledge in CPG is an asset Great communication and selling skills This position offers a competitive wage and mileage allowance.
