Brandt Corporate Service Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team at our Regina head office. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial obligations and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this position. This job opportunity is temporary. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR * Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. * Ensure compliance with the company's purchasing and payables procedures. * Match purchase orders with supplier invoices and verify accuracy. * Post invoices into the payable system and preparing and compiling cheques. * Respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, and manage multiple divisions with a high volume of supplier invoices. * Organize and maintain filing systems for supplier invoices. * Apply working knowledge of Provincial and Federal sales tax rules is considered an asset. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure the financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
