Brandt Group of Companies is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Regina location. The Maintenance Technician performs preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, heating, hydraulic, and building maintenance. This role dismantles and reassembles equipment, maintains maintenance records, manages replacement parts inventory, and reports damaged, unsafe, or improperly used equipment. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR * Performs maintenance related work in the following areas: * Machines, equipment, and small tools for all departments * Electrical * Plumbing and heating * Janitorial * Building maintenance * Hydraulic warranty work * Perform and record all work according to the preventative maintenance schedule. * Dismantle and assemble machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, power and hand tools. * Report any damaged or worn-out parts. * Requisition maintenance parts as required. * Ensure adequate inventory on items that are needed as replacement parts. * Supervise maintenance assistants as required. * Report abuse and/or negligence of any plant equipment or machines. * Report and/or correct any unsafe machine or equipment. * Other duties as assigned.
