Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Milton location. The Parts Person is responsible for assisting customers in locating parts they require, provide accurate pricing information for parts and completing online parts orders for internal and external customers. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR * Respond to internal and external customer needs promptly, delivering accurate solutions to build strong, lasting relationships. * Prepare detailed quotes and efficiently process orders to ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage the unloading, receiving, and organized storage of parts and materials to maintain accurate inventory. * Document and report shipping, receiving, inventory and stock information thoroughly. * Manage inventory accuracy, through inventory and bin adjustments. * Place inventory stock orders to ensure optimal stock levels. * Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested. * Provide support to the Service Department with pricing and availability of parts to complete work orders. * Operate parts and warehousing equipment. * Utilize computer systems to effectively support operations. * Attend required training. * Other duties as assigned. WHAT WE LOOK FOR * Possess strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including working shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. * Possess a foundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills. * Previous experience in the parts industry considered an asset. * Journeyperson Parts Certification considered an asset.
