Position Summary Reporting to the Manager, Operating Room, PACU and Day Surgery, the successful applicant will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care in the operating room and must meet the following criteria: Mandatory Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college nursing program Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification Completion of post-grad Operating Room course required Minimum of one (1) year current Operating Room experience required. Requirements
Applicants must graduate from an accredited college nursing program, be registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, hold current BCLS certification, and complete a postgraduate Operating Room course. At least one year of current operating room experience is required; RPNAO membership and the ability to coach and mentor are preferred.
