Manage day-to-day People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle, advising leaders and employees on employee matters, performance, policies, and employment legislation. Lead company-wide performance and compensation processes, maintain HR systems and documentation, coordinate employee administration with Finance, and support engagement, learning, events, and culture initiatives.

Coordinate recurring coaching sessions and group meetings, including scheduling, preparation, live-session logistics, communications, and follow-up. Support members and coaches through onboarding and program transitions, maintain accurate resources and records, and collaborate across teams to improve the coaching experience and its supporting processes.
