The Role We are currently searching for a Warehouse Office Clerk, Logistics Division. This Part-time Permanent position is based at the Ottawa Distribution Centre and reports directly to the Supervisor, Operations. This is a 24/7 operation with shifts around the clock.Location On-site at the Ottawa Distribution CentreWhat You'll Be Doing Reconciliation of customer delivery invoices including processing payments Auditing of customer reconciliation Timely handling of customer concerns through the ticket management system Preparing adjustments to customers accounts Accurate filing of confidential items Answering incoming calls Any other job related to inventory and clerical duties Perform other related duties and projects as assigned Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience Education Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred Post secondary education considered an asset Experience Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset Customer Service experience is preferred Skills Must be a team player who can interact with staff at all levels of the Distribution Centre Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) A pleasant and professional phone manner Compensation Starting wage is $21.97/hour with shift premiums and wage increases as per the collective agreement.Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to providing a respectful and empowering workplace that values our greatest resource, our people.
