Brickeye

Brickeye is an AI-native, IoT-enabled construction risk intelligence platform. Top-tier owners, developers, contractors, and insurers trust us to protect project margins, keep schedules on track, and reduce insurance costs. Our technology targets construction's two costliest loss drivers. In vertical construction, we mitigate water damage, the leading cause of Builders' Risk claims. On infrastructure and heavy civil projects, we flag concrete defect risk before it becomes structural claims and litigation. Brickeye de-risks projects in preconstruction, delivers real-time alerts and automated risk controls during construction, and provides ongoing protection through completion. We also work directly with leading insurance markets and brokers, giving underwriters verified, real-time visibility into an insured's IoT risk controls. BuildersRiskIQ turns that visibility into data-driven underwriting signals, supporting more confident risk assessment and quoting, protecting insurer loss ratios, and cutting client water loss deductibles by up to 50%. Proven at scale: 4,500+ projects across 20+ countries. Named to Deloitte's Technology Fast 50, an ENR and Construction Executive Top Tech honoree, and a Globe and Mail Top Growing Company.
